Atlas Command is the multi-tenant console in Atlas AVD. The Overview opens on a fleet console that lists every tenant worst-first, a short Needs attention queue of the problems to look at first, and a live alert feed you can filter by tenant and severity. Spend & Budgets puts a monthly budget on each tenant and warns you before it is spent. With MSP Capabilities, Command Center, Fleet NOC and the Atlas Reach roll-up add the managed-tenant directory and an at-a-glance health board for the whole book, Client Billing drafts every client's invoices for the month in one run, and the Branding tab white-labels the console, sign-in page and customer-facing emails and pages. GCC High tenants are always reported in their own group, never blended with commercial totals.
Key capabilities
- Overview: a worst-first tenant rail with the fleet health mix, alerts, incidents and month-to-date savings, and where the savings came from
- Needs attention: one row per concrete problem (a degraded tenant, open incidents, impaired session hosts, unreachable tenants), ordered by severity, each linking to that tenant
- Cross-tenant alert feed filterable by tenant and severity, with CVE alerts linking straight to the vulnerability details
- Spend & Budgets: a monthly budget per tenant, a warning threshold, over-budget alerts you can acknowledge and extra alert recipients
- Spend trend, spend by environment, top tenants by spend, forecast and month-over-month comparison
- Command Center: every managed tenant with its domain, tenant ID and subscriptions, an environment mix, and export to CSV, Excel or PDF
- Add tenants from any tab, and remove one or several at once behind a type-to-confirm check
- Azure throttle leaderboard: Azure API throttling per tenant right now, over 24 hours or over 7 days, the top affected operation, and whether VM creation is blocked
- Fleet NOC: healthy, warning and critical tenants, active alerts, open incidents, impaired hosts and savings, grouped by Azure environment
- Atlas Reach roll-up: managed, online, stale and offline devices, agents behind the current build, and Reach units used, per tenant
- Client Billing (with Atlas Flow): monthly recurring revenue, unbilled time, amounts owed and overdue across every client
- Invoice run: draft every client's invoices for a month in one confirmed step from agreement fees, product additions and approved time, then review each in that client's billing
- Branding: logos, colors, custom domain, support links, email sender and report footer, with a setup checklist and a live preview
- Branded customer touchpoints: the sign-in page, Atlas Vault share emails, the Atlas Reach restart prompt and the Atlas Resolve block page
- Advanced branding: rename sidebar items, add sanitized custom CSS, hide Atlas AVD branding, and a history of every branding change
How Atlas Command™ works
- Sign in as an administrator on your primary tenant and open Atlas Operations → Command
- Add the tenants you manage; each keeps its own isolated data
- Set a monthly budget and warning threshold for each tenant
- Start each day from the Overview's Needs attention list and the Fleet NOC, and drill into any tenant from there
- With Atlas Flow on, run the month's invoices for every client from Client Billing
- With MSP Capabilities, white-label the console on the Branding tab, following its setup checklist
